And to think, these guys were about to get some much deserved shut eye… oh how I torture my characters

I would like to take this opportunity to point out the THUMP sound effect in panel 4. I recently realized that I totally (and subconsciously) pulled that style effect from Mike Maihack. It has since amused me to no end, because when I work on this stuff I never think about other people’s art. Like, I look at Nomad Tofu and I see me, not someone else, but I did notice the thump, so Mike definitely deserves a nod for blatantly influencing me.  The dude is *that* talented. Go read his web comic Cow&Buffalo, it’s one of my very favorites.

I’m also starting to play around with ideas for promotion and am thinking of adding a few things to the Extras section. If you have any suggestions as to what you would like please feel free to drop me a line. Really. I’m… nice.
